Our Approach to Estate Planning

A lot of people avoid estate planning because it can be uncomfortable thinking about what will happen when they die. At Moulton Law Offices we keep the process simple and make sure it’s done right so our clients can show their families they love them when they need it most.

It can be tempting to avoid the topic of estate planning altogether. But we believe you deserve to be in control of everything you’ve worked so hard for. For over 25 years, we have simplified the estate planning process for over 15,000 clients, giving them the freedom to move on with their lives, knowing they’ve done it right.

We’re here to help clients attend a free seminar, create their estate plan, and make sure it’s done right. All of us at Moulton Law Offices are committed to helping our clients avoid wondering whether they are going to leave a mess for their families. With a solid estate plan, our clients can have peace of mind knowing they will show their families they loved them when they need it the most.

We offer regular FREE public seminars on Estate Planning. We ask all potential clients to start with one of these seminars to become familiar with the different options available and potential pitfalls of failing to plan. Attendees of these free seminars may meet with an attorney for free to discuss their estate planning needs. During the implementation phase, there is ongoing communication with the client, which may involve obtaining additional documentation, clarifying goals and information, and discussing options and trade-offs.

Following the execution of most plans, we enroll our clients in our Client Care Program which ensures the highest level of assurance and customer service. We firmly believe that ongoing communication is an essential element of developing an effective plan, and building a life-long relationship with our clients. Our office is not interested in a mere transaction, but rather serving as the trusted advisor that you will confidently refer your friends and family to, knowing that we will provide them with the same great service we provided to you.

Estate Planning, Financial Planning, Asset Protection, Probate & Estate Administration, Medicaid & more.
